Our admissions process is designed to be clear and straightforward for every parent and guardian.

Step 1

Online Application

Complete the admission form on our online portal. Provide accurate personal and academic details for your child.

Step 2

Entrance Assessment

Applicants sit a placement assessment to determine the appropriate class level and academic readiness.

Step 3

Document Submission

Submit all required documents including birth certificate, previous school report cards and passport photographs.

Step 4

Acceptance & Payment

Upon acceptance, complete school fees payment and collect your official admission letter and book list.

Nursery / Pre-Primary Admission

Birth certificate (original + photocopy)
Immunisation card / health record
4 recent passport photographs (white background)
Parent/Guardian valid ID card

Primary School Admission

Birth certificate (original + photocopy)
Last school report card / transfer certificate
4 recent passport photographs
Parent/Guardian valid ID card
Evidence of completion of previous class (where applicable)

College (JSS / SSS) Admission

Birth certificate (original + photocopy)
Primary school leaving certificate (for JSS1)
Last two terms' report cards
Transfer certificate from previous school
4 recent passport photographs
Parent/Guardian valid ID + utility bill
BECE result (for SSS1 applicants)

Admission Questions Answered

When does admission open each year?

Admission is open year-round. However, the main intake is at the beginning of each new academic session (September). We also accept mid-session transfers subject to available spaces.

Is there an entrance examination for all levels?

Yes. All applicants sit a placement assessment appropriate to their level. This helps us determine the right class placement and provides insight into how best to support each student.

Can my child join mid-session?

Yes, mid-session transfers are accepted subject to availability of spaces and satisfactory performance in the entrance assessment.

What is the age requirement for Nursery 1?

Children must be at least 2 years 6 months old by September of the year they are applying to start Nursery 1.

Do you offer scholarships or bursaries?

We have a limited number of merit-based scholarships for academically outstanding students entering JSS 1 and SSS 1. Please ask the admissions office for details.

How soon after application will I receive a response?

After submitting your application and sitting the assessment, you will typically receive a decision within 5–7 working days.

Is the boarding facility available for primary students?

The boarding facility is currently only available for college (secondary) students (JSS 1 – SSS 3).
